Below are the steps from first contact through ongoing dispatch support and weekly billing.
You reach out by email, phone, or text. We answer questions and explain our process.
We review your authority, insurance, equipment, and preferred lanes.
We send our dispatch packet and forms. You review and complete what’s needed, including the dispatch service agreement and dispatch authorization (limited POA).
You sign the agreement and authorization. We get added to your load board and communication channels.
We’re set up on your load board and ready to source loads for your approval.
We source loads, communicate options, and you approve. We handle paperwork and broker communication.
We bill weekly per our agreement. Invoices and settlement are handled on schedule. We’re here for the long run.
From day one through ongoing support, you retain full control of your operations. We support the dispatch process—we don’t replace your authority or act as carrier or broker. You approve loads; we handle the workflow.
1Up Logistics LLC provides dispatch-only administrative support. We are not a motor carrier or freight broker. Carriers retain full control over load acceptance, rates, routing, equipment, and drivers.
