Use the checklist below to see what we need. We’ll guide you through each item.
You must have an active MC number in good standing.
You must have an active USDOT number in good standing.
You must maintain current, valid insurance as required for your authority.
We do not provide authority or equipment. You operate under your own authority with your own truck/trailer.
A signed dispatch service agreement is required before we begin dispatching.
A signed dispatch authorization (limited power of attorney) is required for us to act on your behalf with brokers within the agreed scope.
Equipment type, preferred lanes, and contact details so we can set up and communicate effectively.
Timely updates from you: pickup, in-transit, and delivery. This keeps brokers informed and supports smooth operations.
You must have access to a load board (or we can help coordinate setup). You add us as a seat/user so we can search and present loads for your approval.
Some brokers or lanes may have additional requirements; we’ll communicate those as needed.
